Eyelets require a hammer and eyelet setter to be properly placed. Insert the eyelet into a hole that will prevent it from going all the way through the paper, then flip the page over and lightly tap the back of the eyelet with the eyelet setter and hammer until it is flattened into place. Eyelets tend to be circular and hollow. They are used both as reinforcement and decoration for punched holes. |

These are inserted following a similar process to eyelets, however they don’t require a hammer to set because the slits are already in the back of the eyelet. Don’t forget these items to help keep your embellishments in place!
